We hope that you love your new Mountain products! However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund or an exchange by following the below guidelines and instructions.

• We must receive your return within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise. After 90 days, you will receive store credit. Refunds can only be issued to original CC or PayPal account.

• Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.

• Please allow 3-4 weeks to process your return/exchange. If you’re needing an exchange sooner than 3-4 weeks, we recommend placing a new order and sending back any items for a refund.

• CHECK YOUR EMAIL – If there are any issues regarding your return, we will contact you via email. Failure to respond may delay the refund/exchange process.

1.) Please download and print the return instruction form below and fill it out accordingly.  

2.) If you are exchanging items from your order, make sure to fill in the payment information for any items that are more expensive than the items from your original purchase. Please note, larger sizes and different body styles may cost more. Please review each product/size for exact pricing.

*PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We advise selecting a shipping method with insurance/tracking. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend choosing to mail your returns back using the United States Postal Service (USPS) as they are typically the cheapest shipping method. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping to return the new items back to you.
